Summary: Stored for 18 years and still works!
Comment: First let me tell you about the the durability of the unit. I had it stored for 16 years. I moved it to Arizona, had it packed for another 2 years and I just put batteries in it and it still works! I need to lose 15 lbs for surgery so I pulled it out put in batteries and it started right up. No pills, chemicals or going hungry. Great customer service, I lost the manual and they're replacing it. Don't lend it out, you'll never get it back. That's what happened to our LifeSign unit to quit smoking. People just kept passing it around to family and friends to stop smoking and we never saw it again. I think of the loss as a public service.

Summary: DietMate taught me to eat better!
Comment: I have been using DietMate for quite some time now. My personal trainer at my gym recommended it to me. The program is great for people who don't want to pay money for a personal nutritionist. After all, we should know what to eat right? Well, the program will tell you what to buy at the grocery store based upon the information you input. It's based on the USDA food database so all the foods at the grocery store are listed! You can buy the program that suit your needs: weight control, hypertension control, or cholesterol control. Paried with my exercise program, DietMate is the perfect addition to my weight loss/healty diet program. I never leave home without my DietMate!

Comment: Excellent helper to all who need to lose weight. Helps even afterwards. I am using one myself, and cannot think of enough praise. Things that can easily be forgotten, get done ... and all the reminding is happening without anybody knowing about it. It's a mate for those who do not like the whole world to discuss their losing weight.

Comment: I used this product and can't say enough good things about it. My friend bought it for me for my birthday and it was fun and easy to use and I lost 30 pounds in 6 months and I was never hungry. I ate at restaurants and always managed to find a perfect menu in my DietMate. I love it. thank you
